As we begin preparing for the 2026–2027 Scouting year, we would love input, ideas, and support from our Pack families!

All Pack parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Our annual planning meeting helps shape the upcoming Scouting year by discussing:

  • Pack activities and outings

  • Camping opportunities

  • Advancement and program planning

  • Fundraising ideas

  • Parent involvement

  • Volunteer roles and support needs

  • New ideas families would like to see within the Pack

Whether you have been involved with the Pack for years or are newer to Scouting, your feedback and ideas are valuable.

Please let us know if you plan to attend so we can select a meeting location that fits the group size.

🙋 Volunteer Opportunities for Next Year

Pack 215 is entirely volunteer-run, and there are many different ways families can help support the program.

Many of our current leaders have been covering multiple positions and responsibilities behind the scenes, and as we prepare for next year, we are looking for additional adults who may be interested in helping in either large or small ways.

Some volunteer opportunities involve working directly with Scouts, while others focus more on planning, organization, communication, advancement tracking, activities, or event support.

No prior Scouting experience is required. Training, resources, and support are available, and many roles can be shared between multiple adults.

Even helping with one area can make a huge difference for the Scouts and our Pack families.
